We do not run a phone line or a contact form. One email address, read by the research desk, is faster and more honest than a ticketing system that routes you nowhere.

What to include, by enquiry type

EnquiryWhat to send
A correctionThe page URL, the specific claim, and the source that contradicts it if you have one. Corrections get read first and fixed fastest — see our editorial policy for how we handle them.
An operator or platform updateThe company name, what has changed (fees, coverage, licensing, machine locations), and a link to something verifiable. We will check it against public registries and published schedules before publishing.
A dead or moved crypto ATMThe operator, the approximate location and roughly when you found it gone. This is genuinely useful — kiosk directories go stale faster than anything else we track.
Press or researchYour outlet or affiliation, your deadline, and what you actually need. We are happy to share sourcing and methodology and will say plainly when something is outside what we can support.
A question about your own situationWe will point you to the relevant page, but we cannot advise you. We are not licensed to, and anyone who would advise you by email without knowing your circumstances should not be trusted with them.

A note on advertising and link requests

We receive a steady volume of requests to buy a ranking position, insert a link, publish a guest post, or remove a criticism. The answer to all four is no, and it does not change on a second email. We have nothing against commercial relationships — some of our outbound links are commercial and we disclose it — but nobody buys editorial placement here. The reasoning is in our editorial policy.

Response times

We are a small research desk, not a support department. Corrections are usually acknowledged within a couple of business days. Everything else may take longer, and we would rather reply properly than quickly. If your enquiry is time-critical, say so in the subject line.
